Royal Pearls Area Guide
Royal Pearls is a proposed mixed-use residential community to be built in Meydan by Oriental Pearls Real Estate Development. The neighbourhood will contain over 7,000 apartments, and when completed the four phase project will cover some 40 hectares.
In the developer's own words: "Conceptually inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Royal Pearls holds at its heart the secret to its own creation, natural beauty. The community offers a natural sanctuary, an oasis away from the thriving city, for expats and local residents who yearn to call nature home. Residents of the Royal Pearls community will relish in the beauty of nature from the comfort of their home, a diverse, multicultural community located at the new heart of Dubai."
The site lies close to the Dubai - Al Ain Road and Nad Al Sheba Road.
Phase 1 will comprise a series of towers grouped in clusters of four around courtyards. The towers will house apartments in one-, two-, three- or four-bedroom layouts. The one-bedroom apartments will have a floor area of 919 sq ft, the two-beds 1,421 sq ft, the three-beds 1,948 sq ft, and the four-bedroom flats 3,536 sq ft.
When complete, Royal Pearls will offer resident a full suite of home automation, smart security, and networked facilities management services.
