Lawnz is a large scale mixed use complex to be developed by Danube in International City phase 1.
It will comprise four eight-storey residential blocks containing 476 studios, 392 one-bedroom and 164 two-bedroom apartments. There will also be 32 commercial properties.
As well as apartments there will be shops, cafés and restaurants, and a variety of recreational facilities.
The development will cover an area of more than 25 acres (1.1 million sq ft) of which 3.8 acres (165,000 sq ft) will be open space.
Facilities and amenities will include landscaped gardens, a sunken plaza, health club, swimming pool, jogging track, barbecue deck, badminton court, basketball court and an outdoor cinema.
Lawnz should be easily accessible from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Academic City Road.
Construction is due to begin by the end of 2018 with completion in September 2020.

About the Surrounding Area - Dubai International City
International City is a mixed use commercial, residential, retail and tourism development in the Al Warsan region of Dubai. It is situated between interchanges 5 and 6 of Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) opposite to the Dubai Central Fruit and Vegetable Market.
The district is laid out in repeating patterns of so-called clusters, each of which is named after a different country and is designed using architectural styles from that country: England, Emirates, Russia, Italy, Spain, France, Persia, Greece, Morocco and China. These clusters surround The Central Business District and a site destined to become a ‘replica’ of Beijing’s Forbidden City.
